been paid as provided by law, and the total amount or such work amounu to $169647.63.

1. The oat of such asseument to be specially attested is hereby declared to be
$16,647.63.
2. The City Clerk, with the udstance of the City Forester d all forthwith M. kxb to
the proper amount to be specially assesses: for such improvement against every
asseuable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected without regard
to cash valuation, as provided by law, and the Clerk :ball fib a copy of such
proposed auessuma in the office of the City Claris for public inspectdm.
