replacer wm of a Fire DepaMrent utility vehicle; and
WEtMUM; said equipment was not purchased in 1993, tbererore the ftixis reverted to the
Cental Equipment Reserve Fund; and
WHEREAS, the purchase of the utility vehicle has been finalized and can be purchnod
through a State of Mimresou Contact.

1. The purchase of a replacement utility vehicle for the Fire Department is
approved. U vehicle to be purchased is from Superior Ford in
accordance with Minnesota State Contract M-7824.
2. Funds for the purchase of the vehicle and associated emergency
equipment are allocated from the Central Equipment Reserve Fund (602-
602) In the amount of $27,682.00.
