APPROVING AGREEMENT
CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND
MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
HIGHWAY 55/XENIUM LANE IMPROVEbIB M
WiIBRBAS, the City of Plymouth bas previously approved a .after improvement project at
Highway SS and Xenium Lane as proposed by the Minnesota Department of Transpormioo;
and
WHEREAS; in order to construct the improvements, additional richt of way is necessary from
the adjacent properties; and
WHEREAS, in order that the project can be constructed in 1994 the Minnesota Department of
Transportation has requested that the City obtain the necessary right of way; and
WHBRBAS; an agreement has been prepared specifying the purchase of the right of way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Mariner are authorized to
execute Agreement No. 71854 between the City of Plymouth and the Minnesota Department of
Transportation.
Adopted by the City Council on March 21, 1994.
