CONSENT TO PUBLIC TRAIL. BASEWINT

WHEREAS, the City of Maple Grove has requested that the City of Plymouth consent to the
000dn ction of a public tail aQjaoeot to the north line of the Baa Creels Business Paris 2nd
Addition; and
WI MRBAS; Plymouth has existing unitary sewer Moment also along this property line; dad
W, iMgAS, the property owner is willing to grant the trail asemeot to the City of Mapb
Grove; and
VAMEAS; provision are made in the granting of the easement that Plymouth's previous
aaaateats have priority over the trail easement.
NOW, 'IIWWORB, BB IT HEMY RBSOLVBD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to
execute the 'Consort to Public Trail Basement" on Lots I and 2, Block 1, Baal Creek Business
Panic 2nd Addition.
