ORDERING PUBLIC HEA]MG ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASB1VIIi'NP
LOTS 4 AND S. BLOCK It PLYMOUTH HQ.LS 3RD ADDITION
WHBREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Paul A. Johnson of McCombs Freak Roos
Associates, Inc. on behalf of State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, has
petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage and utility
easeamt:.
The south 6.00 feet of Lot S, Block 1, except the west 6.00 feet and
except the east 10.00 feet and the north 6.00 feet of Lot 4, Block 1,
except the wet 6.00 feet and except the east 10.00 foal W in Plymouth
Hills 3rd Addition, according to the plat thereof, on file or of record in
the office of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
AND WHEREAS; the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be
in order;
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THB CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does,
establish the date of April 18, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth
City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of
said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as
provided by law.
