WHEREAS, keuben Frodahl has requested approval for a Lot Consolidation for the
creation of one lot located at 10020 26th Avenue North;
NOW, THEREFORB, BE IT HAY RESOLVED BY THE, CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF FLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, t%at it should and hereby does approve
the Lot Consolidation for one lot for property located 10020 26th Avenue North.

Lot 6, Block 6, Medicine lake Park 3rd Division, Hennepin County, Minnesota
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
Lots 3 and 6, Block 6, Medicine Labe Park 3rd Division, Hainepin County,
Minnesota
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections bund upon City Policy when the Division/Consolkh&o is
approved by Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on March 21, 1994.
