FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOtT1HWBST CORNER OF 23RD AVENUE NORTH AND NIAGARA LANE NORTH (93139) WHEREAS, the City Council bas approved the Final Plat for Padw's Labe Corporate Center 4th Addition located at the southwest corner of 23rd Avenue North and Niagara Lane North; and, NOW, TH>RtBPORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and bemby does approve the following to be mat, prior to mwfding of, and related to said plat: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. No building permits shall be iuued until a contract baa been awarded for the construction of munk W sewer and water. 3. Rear.oval of all hazardous trees from the proputy at the owner's expense. 4. Compliance of Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new atnwtums in subdivisions adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage facility. S. No yard setback varianoes are granted or implied. 6. Submittal of required utility and drainage eaaanents as approved by the City Fjrgineer prior to filing the Final Plat. 7. No building pem*s to be Wood until the Final Plat Is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. S. The Final Plat mylars shall contain a statement noting that the plat is paR of the approved MPUD 83-1, per Seetkm 9 of the Zoning Ordinance. Adopted by the City Council on March 21, 1994. (gyp:m4*) •
