APPROVING MPUD FINAL PLAT FOR BELL HICKS AND COMPANY, LTD.
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF 23RD AVENUE
NORTH AND NIAGARA LANE NORTH (93139)
WHEREAS. BID Hiclu and Company, LTD. has requested a Final Plat for Parker's
Labe Corporate Center 4th Addition located at the saithwest comer of 23rd Avenue
North and Niagara Lase North; and,
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it would and hereby does approve
the Final Plat for Parker's Labe Corporate Canter 4h Addition looted at the southwest
corner of 23rd A%=ue North and Niagara Lark. North,
Adopted by the City Council on March 21, 1994.
