WHEREAS, Mdro9uip, Inc. has requested approval for a Conditional Use Punk for
an industrial equipment renal business and outside amp for property located at 25th
Avenue North just wast of Cheshire Lam.
The propesty L more specifially described as follows:

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission bas reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Haring and recommends approval;
NOW, TIMEPORE, BE IT HERBBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request by Metroquip, Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit for an indna Tial
equipment rental business and outside storage for property located at 25th Avenwe
North just weer of Cheshire Laos, subim to the following conditions:
1. The permit is object to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
3. AD waste and waste containers shall be stored within approved designated areas.
4. All parking shall be off-street in designated areas which comply with the Zoning
Ordinance.
S. T1ds Conditional Use Permit is for an equipment rectal service establishment
and for the outside amp of equipment rental as shown on the plans received
February 23, 1994.
6. Compliance with the terms and conditions of Administration approval letter
dated December 8, 1993 and Resolution 93-810.
7. Tine Landscaping Wan " include 11 additional plantings along the south side
of the outdoor storage ars.
