Establishing the annual salary of the City Manger
WER AS, the City of Plymouth and Dwight D. Johnson, City Manager, entered into
an employment agra nern effective February 1, 1993; and,
WMP.BAS, the employes agreement Provides the terns and conditions by which
the City Manager may be panted an increase in salary after one year of employment;
and,
WMRBAS, the Mayor and City Council have evaluated the performs= of the City
Manager on January 31.:994 and February 14, 1994; and,
WHBRBAS, the Mayor and City Council have found that the City Manager hes
saddled the criteria included in the performance evaluation;
NOW, nIBRBPORB, BE rr RBSOL •VBD BY THB MAYOR AND CrrY COUNCLL
OF THB CITY OF PLYMOUTH, bIINNMOTA that the annual salary for the City
Manager, Dwight D. Johnson, shall be $860566 effective February 1, 1994 and that the
next perbMance evaluation be conducted in August, 1994.
Adopted by the City Council on March 7, 1994.
