RESOLUTION NO. 94-139
TRANSFURING FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE GZNEBAL
OBLIGATION DEBT SERVICE FUND
WHEREAS, the City hu ( amd Obliption 1987 Fits Station Bonds outstandings and
WHERBLAS9 the Ommal Fund has finds available to assist with the payment of the 1987 Faro
Station Bads, and
WHERB.AS, payment of the 1987 Fire Station Bonds would be a valid expenditum from the
General Fund, and
WHEREAS, -Wsd with the payment of the 1987 Fire Station Bonds would bele heap the

NOW9 EFORE, aE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MWESOTA, that the Finance Director is bemby autlarited to
transfer $30,000 h m the Genwal Fund to the General Obliption Debt Service Fund to assist
with paying the 1987 Mm Station Bonds for 1994.
