CrIY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 94 -137
WHEMAS, representatives of the City of Plymouth and IBIS, representing Plymouth
Sergeants, have met to negotiate a labor contract in accordance with the Public
Bmployee Labor Relations Act; and
WiIERBAS, the City Manager has reported an agreement has been reached for the
period of January 1, 1994 through December 319 1994.
NOW, TTERBPORB, BE rr HEREBY RBSOLVBD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTB, MMWOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the labor agreement between the City of Plymouth and LBLS, for the period of January
11 1994 through December 319 1994: and
FURTHBR, that the Mayor and City Manager aro authorized to execute the agreement.
Adopted by the Citv Council on March 7, 1994.
