THE CPIY OF PLYMOUTH AND LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR
SERVICES, INC., LOCAL 18
JANUARY 1, 1994 THROUGH DECENM 31, 1994
WHTRtBAS, &%gXROsentatives of the City of Plymouth and Law Bofar,anent Labor
Services, Inc., representing Plymouth police offioem and investiptoa, have met to
negotiate a labor contract in accordance with the Public Employee labor Relations
Law; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported an agreement has been reached for the
period of January 1, 1994 through Deoember 31, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and bemby does, approve
the labor agreement between the City of Plymouth and Law Enforcement Labor
Services, Inc., Local 18, for the period of January 19 1994 through December 31,
1994; and
FURTHER, that the Mayor and City Manager aro authorized to execute the Weement.
