WHI PEAS, a petition was received to vacate a portion of a drainage a wasart fa Foo ft Purposes in
Oudot E. Wild Wings 2nd Addition; and
WHBREAS, a public bearing with respect so said vacation was scheduled for March 7, 1994 in
aocosdaooe with Miooesota Ststuoes 412. %51 as amadod; and
WiestBAS, a notice of publication of said bearing was pubiiished and posted two wrk4m ! O+ . w Inc.
meeting of March 7, 1994; and
WMB EAS, all property owners a0cent to the proposed vacation areae duly notified by mail; and
W»tEAS, the Council did bold a public baring on March 7, 1994 to inform any and an iataae I
parties relevant to the vacation of a drainage asemeot for Pooling Purposes in Outiot E, Wild Winp
tad Addition; and
WMMRBAS, it was determined by the City Council that said ease neot is not needed for public purposes.
NOW, THMMORB, BB IT % ERMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, b(INNESOTA: That the following portion of a drainage easement for ponding purposes
in Oudot E, Wild Wings 2nd Addition be vacated:
The drainage easerown for ponding purposea within Oudot B, Wild Wings 2nd Addition
according to the plat tber i on file or of record in the office of the Regisrar of Titles,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council on March 79 1994.
