RESOLUTION NO. 94-131.
AUTHORIUNG THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF
DRAINAGE AND LrIUXff BASEMENT IN
OUTIAT C, PARMW LAKE CORPORATE CENTER 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was rooeived to vacate a portion of a drainage and utility easement in Outlet C.
Parkers Labe Casporate Center 3rd Addition; and
VAMEAS, a public bearing with roWul to said vacation was scheduled for March 7, 1994 in
accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WIMEAS, a notice of publicetion of said hearing was published and posted two weds prior to the
meeting of March 7, 1994; and
WH RtBAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail; and
WSSRBAS, the Council did bold a public hearing on March 79 1994 to lOh mm any and all interested
pantie: relevant to tare vacation of a portion of a drainage and utility eat -.i :.at in Outlet C, Parben labs
Cotponft Granter 3rd Addition; and
WEMBAS, it was determined by the City Council that acid easement is not needed for public purposes.
NOW, T7ERBFORB, BE IT HBREIRY RESOLVED BY T HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNBSOTA: That the following portion of a drainage and utility asanent in Oudot
C. Puffers Labe Corporate Center 3rd Addition be vacated:
A 6.00 foot drainage and utility easement over that put of Outlot C, Parkers lake
Corporate Cantor 3rd Addition, according to the recorded plat tbereof, Hemmen County,
Minnesoots, lying 6.00 fes southerly of and adjoining a Una described as beginning at the
southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Parkers Lake Corporate Center, according to the
. �oorded plat thereof; tbence woody along the southerly line of said Lot 1 a distance of
400.00 feet to the southwest comer of said Lot 1 and said line there terminating.
Adopted by the City Council on March 7, 1994.
The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City of Plymouth. Minnesota,
certified that I compared the foregoing resolution adopted at the meeting of the Plymouth Ci y Council
on March 7. 1994 , with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a correct
transcription thereof.
