LOT 1, BLACK 1, PARKERS LAKE CORPORATE CBN`M ADDITION
WSBREAS, a paidoo was received to vacate a portion of a drainage and utility agement in Lot 1,
Block It Porters Labe Corporate Caster Addition; and
WHER AS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation war scheduled for March 7, 1994 in
accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.831 as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said haring was publibhod and posted two weeks prior to the
meeting of March 7, 1994; and
WEREAS, all property owners agjaaet to the proposed %rcation were duly notified by mail; and,
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on March 70 1994 to inform any and all interested
parties relevant to the vacation of a portion of s drainage cad utility easement in Lot 1, Block 1, Parkers
Labe Corporate Center Addition; and
WEMVXAS, it was determined by the City Council that :old casement is not needed for public purposes.
NOW, TMBPORE, BE fr HBREBY RESOLVED BY T HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, WNNBSOTA: That the following portion of a drainage and utility easement in Lot It
Block 1, Parts Labe Corporate Cerner Addition be 1..cated:
'fie drainage and utility easement over, under, and across the south 6.00 feet of Lot 1,
lad 1, Parkers Labe Corporate Cooter, according to the plat thereof on fib and of record
in tLe office of the Registrar of Titles, Hermepin County, Minntsota, as donated and
dedicated by said Pad an Labe Corporate Center, except the east 40.00 feet and the west
6.00 feel of said southerly 6.M feet.
Adopted by the. City Council on Marsh 79 1994.
