CITY PROJELT NO. 031
VAMEA.S, the City proposes to improve that portion of County State Aid Highway No. 24
between Kimberly Laos and Trunk Highway SS as shown an the City's plans fbr City Project
No. 031, which improvement iochdes goading, dmioage, bituminous surfacing, watermaing
sanitary sewer, and other related improvemeou; and
W1=BAS; the County has jurisdiction over the courtly rod; and
WMEAS, an agreement is necessary between the City and the County fur said construction
and the County has prepared Agreement No. 01-17-93 and pnesemed it to this City.
WHEREAS; an agreemem was approved by the City on March 1, 1993 by PAsolutiom No. 93-
129 but said agreemeot has been revised and is replaced by this ag eernaot.
NOW, TH6lt>IFORB, BE IT H11RRIBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNC L OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M114NESOTA: That said wounert be in all things approved.
BB IT FUR'1M RESOLVED, that the M..yor and City Manager are authorized to sign
Agrewunt No. 01-17-93 on behalf of the City.
FURTHER, that Resoludon No. 93-129 is voided.
Adopted by tie City Council on March 7, 1594.
