REDUCING DSVE.LOPM011VT BOND
RAGLEWOOD ADDITION (92110)
WHEtBAS, in accordance with the development contract dated April 12, 1993, Arps Developments
Inc., developer of Baglewood Addition (92110), has agreed to install certain WVWvemeab for Bald
development; and
WH R EASI the developer hu completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below;
and
NOW, 'IHBRSFORB, BB IT HEREBY RSSOLVSD BY THE CITY COUNCII. OF THS CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, IvIIri MOTA; that the bonding req--irements are reduced as follows:
That the tetter of credit required for the abovc items be noduced as detailed above from $68,038 to
$32,738 to reflect the comparted work. I mer of Credit No. 28022-A may he reduced accordingly.
