APPROVING RPUD FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPUMN T CONTRACT FOR
LUNDGREN BROS. CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR HEATTIBt RUN 2ND
ADDITION LOCATED AT THE NORINEAST CORNER OF COUNTY ROAD 101
AND COUNTY ROAD 24 (94016) (RPUD 92-3)
WHEREAS, Iamda en Bros. Coasnavtion Company has requested a RFUD Pineal Plat
and Development Contract for Heather Run god Addition located northeast of County
Road 101 and County Road 24, and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Coatrad covering the
improvements relaxed to am plat;
NOW, T EWLEFORE, BB 1T HEREBY RESOLVBD BY THE, CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it anould and hereby does approve
the RPUD Final Plat and Development Contract for Lundgren Bros. Construction

Company for Heather Run 2nd Addition located at the northeast corner of County Road
101 and County Road 24, and,
FURTZM, that the Development Contact for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Coaaact on behalf
of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on March 7, 1994.
