RESOLUTION NO. 94- 118
APPROVING CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR A LAND USE INVEMORY
WHEREAS, the City o f Plymouth wishes to complete an existing hod ma invaocory
for the urban as of the dry to be used for review of current hod use development
proponk sod for the gmbm of the city's Comprd adva Plan; sod

Cocmty Conservation District, and
MW,' THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MB'INESOTA, that the city MwW is autbodmed to anter into a
contract with Dahlgren, Shardlow and Uban in the amount of $23,500 plus out-of-
pocket costs and contiryeocies, not to exceed a total of $30,000 for the project; and
further, that the Ponding for the concoct shall coma from Project Afthiatration Ponds
set adde for the update of the Comprehendve Plan for northwest Plymouth.
