RESOLIMON NO. 94-115
AWARDING OF BID FOR 1994 RI FOR13STATION PROPOSAL
WHEREAS, the Forestry Division L respondble for the 1994 RdWellatiM Program to be
carried out on City owned lands; and
WIEtEAS, in accosdum with the City bid specifications that were prepared and distributed,
and bid proposals received and opened on February 18, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
$14,347.00
$12,710.00
Wilson's North Wast $13,498.00
L A K ILnd9caping No Bid
Grow Acres Tree No Bid
Arteka Natural Omen No Bid
Reef man & McNamara No Bid
North Matin Landscaping $1291343.00
AND WMEAS, the bid of North Metro Lndamping is in conformance with City
spedticatloes for plant materials, North Metro Landscaping is tharafore declared lowest
responsible bidder.
NOW, CORS, BE IT 1 MEBY RESOLVED BY THE CITX COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does accept the PRopCW of
North Metro Lnd:aping in the amount of $12,043.00. Further, that hn& in the amount of
$12,043.00 aro authorised from account no. 101-123-810.26000-000.
