WMMIAS, the City of Plymouth and Imift-wWLms Pam Laine and the City of Minadgolia
have entered hko a dr velopment contract deed July 12, 1493 for the development of Pekes Labe
North god Addition/Shenandoah Law BxftAdon; and
WIIERM; as part of this devJopmeat, the developer was mptired to construct a 24 inch watermain
in Parkers Lab North 2nd Addhloo/Sbenandoah Lane Recension in order to conform with the City of
Plymouth's Water Distribution Plan; sad
WHBRBAS, in accordance with City policy, the developer WOW the required 24 inch watermain in
Falces Labe North 29d Addidon/Sheturdosh Lura Httension within and 6*ent to Shenandoah Lae
extendhtr aotttheaOdy from Diob" Lee to 22nd Avenue North and aorthwscerty fmm
Shenandoah Lane to 23rd Avenue North; and
WIIBRBAS; It Is the policy of tLe City of Plymouth to reimburse developers fo• roquimd watermain
construction upon completion in accordance with the approved pians and specifications and acceptance
fcr continual maintenance by the City; and
WHBRBAS, this required construcdoo amounts to $890366.
