WHERBAS, in accordaax with the development coo r" dated June 161 1992, Three Star Truddog aad

WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the stmt, utility and site grading as noted below;

including concrete crab and gutter is accepted for continual maintenance as of February 28, 1994 abject
to the Two Year Guarantee by the Developer.
• FURTHER Bfi IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the develcper'u requeu, a 10% retainer will be
held in the required devokpneot bond for the sanitary sewer, watermain, Ilam newer, deet
conduction, and omor rPip curb cold gutter in lieu of the required maintenance bad.
