CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 94-83
APPROVU4G REVISIONS TO THE PERSONNEL POLICY
WHEREAS, changing personnel needs and the introduction of new federal statubx
require that amendments be made to the January 1, 1991 Personnel Policy; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has proposed revisions in the substance of the 1991
policy which brings the policy in compliance with applicable statutes as well iu
enhancing its coverage; and
WHEREAS, such changes benefit Plymouth employees, supervisors and citizens by
promoting an understanding of the requirements of the personnel system;
NOW, THMMRB, BE IT HERYBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does adopt a
revised Personnel Pnlicy daWd January 1, 1994 to replace the policy dated January 1,
1991.
Adopted by the City Co-incii on February 7, 1994.
