WHEREAS, in accordance whh the development contract dated April 121 1993, Argns Development,
Inc., developer of Baglewood Addition (92110)9 has agreed to install certain improvements far said
development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site ghat as noted below;
and
WHEREAS, the dewbVw has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed
woriq
NOW, TTEREMM BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MIN MOTA; that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:
