WHEREAS, the Miaoemha Geek Watershed District is proposing a modification io
the outlet structure for Glenn Lake; and
WHEREAS; said mods iadw is in conformance wkb Plymouth's adopted Stam
Draimp Plea; and
WHEREAS, the watershed district has requested assements from the City on two
parcels of land owned by the City of Plymouth.
NOW, ZHERIWORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, I1INES0TA: Mayor and City M wqw are authorized
to execute the flowage Mumma for Outlet A, Gleason Lake Addition and Cutlot B,
Cimarron vends Addition.
