ORDBRING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY BASIIMMNT
LOT 19 BLOCS 1. PARKERS LAZY, CORPORATE CZNTZR
WHEREAS, pw wnt to M.S.A. 412.01, Mart A. Steingas of Hooson - Otth
Associates, on behalf of Bill Hicks Company and United Properties has petitioned the
City Council fm the vacation of the following drainage and utility easement:
The drainage and utility easement over, under, and acro" the south 6.00
fent of Lot 1, Block 1, Rarkm Lam Corporate Cooter, according to the
plat thereof on iib and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, as donated and dedicated by said Parkers
Lalm Corpoate Cooter, except the east 40.00 feet and the west 6.00 feet
of said southerly 6.00 feet.
AND WHEREAS; the City Council has n viewed said request and foand the same to be
in orders
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HAY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCB. OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MMMOTA: That it should, and hereby does,
esWAM the date of Mach 7, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Cbambea, Plymouth
saCanw, S'00 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and pbM for the public beariq of
