WIERBAS, a petition has been received from the developer reporft inddWion of

1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Westbnnch Addition by the
inwlletion of ndd"d ormm=W and l &Ms tiled with the City Coonan on
P"mq 79 1994 is hereby declared to be signed by the eequimd pwoeobge of
owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance to
Mineola Statutes Section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they bave
waived their A#b to public improveamm and VecW anenmeot borings.
3. 'Itis p"m is hereby referred to the City Pnginew and he is instructed to report to
the City Council with all emmoieet gWed advi ft the Council in a preliminary
way as to whetber the proposed impovement is feasible and as to whether it should
best be made as proposed or in cogjunction with some other improvement and the
estimated coat of do improvement as recommended.
