WHEREAS, pinum to a reaohdon of the Council adopted February 7, 1994 a report
hat been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Plymouth
Oats Addition by the installation of ttneet lights and that report wax received by the
Council on Pabrwry 7, 1994.
NOW, 'I REREPORE, BE IT HMtEBY RESOLVED BY TIM CITY COUNCQ. OF
THE CTIY OF PLYMOU'IN, MWMOTA:
1. The City Council Anda and detamina dot aid paddon was signed by
all the owner of real peopety within do plat named as the location of
the improvements.
T. Stich improvement b hereby ordered as proposed in the CouoW
reaoiution adopted February 7, 199J1. The petittonen have waived their
right to a public haft.
3. The City Engineer it busby deaigoated at the engineer for these
iogxovemaits. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Norlhun Staten Power comm.
