DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET UGH71NG - PLYMOUTH OAEB ADDITION
WEMM, a petition has been revivnA f om the developer requcsting installation of
ornamental residential street lishdr# in the Plymouth Oaks Addition.

1. A tatain petition requesting the improvcment of Plymouth Oaks Addition by tha
inwtlatim of residential urnarnental street lighting, fled with the City Couadl on
February 7, 1994 it hereby declared to be signed by the r *bW peroeotage of
owners of property affected thereby. Mbit declaration is made in conformance to
Minnesota Stases section 429.035.
2. The petition is signed by loofa of the affected property owners and they have
waived their d# a to public nglrovemeot and ,pedal aaseument bearings.
3. The petition is hercby referred to the City Engineer and bo is instructed to report to
the city Council with all Convenient Wood advising the Council in a preliminary
way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should
best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
