1. Such proposed ameameot, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is
hereby aooepted and than con"He the special assessment against the hwds named therein
and each inset of hod therein, included is hereby found to be benefited by the proposed
Wp ovement in the amount of the assessment levied against it.
2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual installments extending over a period of 3
years, the fast of firs installments to be pay" on or before the fins Monday in January,

this ameament reeoludon. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire

3. 'lire owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the
anessmsnt to the County Finance Director, pay the whole of the amt on such
property with hnte:ett accrued to the date of paymen,t to the City Fhnooe Director, except
that so interest ahall be charged if the entire assessment is paid within 30 days fmm the
adoption, of this resolution and he may at any time therafler pay the City Finance Director
the entire amount of the asmsanbnt remaining unpaid with interest accrued to December 31
of the year in which such payment is made. Such payment must be made before
November 13 or interest will be charged through December 31, of the next mncoeediog
year.
4. 1be Cork shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to the County
Finance Director to be extended on the proper tax lids of the County and such assessments
shall be collected and paid over in the came manner as other municipal axles.
3. Mw total cost of the improvement assessed by this resolution is $42,698.88
