MY OF PLYMOUM, bMeMOTA:
1. Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is
hereby accepted and dmH constitute the special aaessment Moo the hods named therein
and each tract of land therein included is hereby found to be barofised by the proposed
improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it.
2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual inshllmwb extending over a period of S
yarns, the first of the inwWneots to be payable on or before the that Monday in January,
1995, and shall bar interest at the mfe of 8.00% per annum from the date of adoption of
this assessment resobution. Tb the first installment shall be added imerest on the entire
assessment from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1995. 7b atch subsequent
installment when due shall be addod interest for one yarn on all unpaid iusallments.
3. The owner of any property oro assessed may, at any time prior to oestiflatioo of the
assessment to the County Finance Dire:tor, pay the whole of the auutsment on such
property with inM t accrued to the date of payment to the City Flamm Director, except
that no interest shall be charged if the entire aaseament is paid within "00 days from the
adoption of this resolution and he may at any time thereafter pay the City Finance Director
the entire amount of the aaessment remaining unpaid with interest accrued to December 31
of the yeu in which such payment is made. Such payment must be mads ',efore
November 15 or interest will be charged through December 31, of the nwd arcc:ading

4. The Cork shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of thio aswAsment to the County
Finance Director to be extended on the proper tax lista of the County and arch aueumeats
shall be collected and paid over in the same manner as other municipal taxer.
S. The total Cort of the improvement assessed by this resolution is $12,640.
