RESOLUTION 94 -64
APPROVING FINAL FLAT AND DEVBLOPMBNT CONTRACT FOR A. J.
POPELAARS FOR PONDEROSA WOODS 3RD ADDITION FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 18TH AVENUE NORTH AND KIRKWOOD LANE (94004)
WHEREAS, A. J. Popelaars has requead a Final Plat for Ponderwa Woods 3rd
Addition located at 18th Avenue North and Kirkwood Lam North; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Conam covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BB IT HEMY RESOLVED BY THB CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA. that it should and hereby does approve
the Pinel Plat and Development Contract for Ponderosa Woods 3rd Addition located at
ISth Avenue North and Kirkwood Lane, and,
RMTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Conbsct on behalf
of the City.
Adopted by the City Council on February 7, 1994.
