ABSOLUTION 94-S3
APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR AbCOMATA FOR PROPHIM
LOCATED AT 10200 S1ST AVENUE NORTH (93140)
Wim, Ryan Construction Company has requested a Site Plan Amendment for
Amag)ata located at IMM 31st Avenue North; and
WiI REAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a May called Public
Hearing and reoommends approval;
NOW, 'IMMEFORE, fl8 IT HOMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOVIH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hes"by does approve the request of
Ryan Construction Company for AmedDats for a Site Phan located at 10200 51st Avenue
North, subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Compliance of Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations for new
strncdmes on sites 14RC N to, or containing any open storm water drainage fruity.
3. Submission of required financial guasntee and Site Performance Agreement for
completion of site improvements within 12 months of the date of this resolution.
4. Any signage sball be in compliance with -the Ordin&m.
S. Any Subsequent phases or expeasions are subject to aequi ed reviews and approvals pre
Ordinance provisions.
6. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and fire lanes.
7. All waste and waste containers shall be stored inside except for the provisions of an
enclosed compactor as shown on the approved plans, and no outside storage is
permitted.
8. An 8 1/2 x 11 inch "As Built' Fire Protection Plan shall be submitted prior to the
release or reduction of any site improvement bonds per City Policy.
9. The Site Plan AmerAnent is for a 75,760 square foot building expansion and related
parking lot addition on to the existing AmedDeta building.
10. Compliance with the terms and conditions of Resolution 91-694 and Resolution 87-144
regarding previous approvals for this site.
Adopted by the City Council on February 7, 1994.
