RESOLUTION 94 -48
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR ABINGDON
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF OLD ROCKFORD ROAD AND DUNKIRK LANE
NORTH (93062)
WHEREAS, Abingdon Development Corporation has requested a Final Plat for "Cavan
Meadows"" located at the -outhwest corner of Old Rockford Road and Dunkirk Lane
North; and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Or
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the Final Plat and Development Contract for "Cavan Meadows" located at the
southwest corner of Old Rockford Road and Dunkirk Lane North, and,
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to exec ite the Development Contract on behalf
of the City.
