APPROVING MIXED PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT LANDSCAPE PLAN
AMENDMENT FOR IE NNEPIN COUNTY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 36TH AVENUE NORTH AND
VICKSBURG LANE (93127)
WHEREAS, Hennepin County Property Management has requested approval of a
Amended Mixed Planned Unit Development Landscape Plan for property located at the
northeast comer of 36th Avenue North and Vicksburg Lane; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RE-OLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request of Hennepin County Property Management for a Mixed Planned Unit
Development Iandscape Plan Amendment for property located at the northeast corner
of 36th Avenue North and Vicksburg Lane, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Landscape Plan, including the use of a natural prairie seed mix shall be in
compliance with the plan submitted at the January 24, 1994 City Council
meeting.
2. An informational sign shall be placed along 36th Avenue North notifying the
public that this area has been designated as a prairie grass preserve area.
3. If burning of the natural prairie area is needed, permits shall be obtained
through the Park and Recreation Department.
