SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF
ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FOR FREEMAN'S INC. LOCATED SOUTH OF
HIGHWAY 55, EAST OF NATHAN LANE, AND NORTH OF SHEL_ARD
PARKWAY (93125)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located
south of Highway 55, east of Nathan Lane and North of Shelard Parkway from B-1
(Office Limited Business District) to R-4 (High Density Multiple Residence District) in
conjunction with approval of the Final Plat for Creekside Estates;
NOW, TMMEFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the
Final Plat for Creekside Estates to be filed with Hennepin County prior to the
publication of said Ordinance.
Adopted by the City Council on January 24, 1994.
