FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION
FOR OAKWOOD ELEMENTARY PTO
WHBREAS, a notice of Lawful Gambling Exemption has been submitted to the City by
Oakwood Elementary School PTO for a raffle to be conducted on February 26, 1994.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawful Gambling Exemption for Oakwood Elementary School for an
event to be conducted at 17340 County Road 6 on February 26, 1994.
Adopted by the City Council on January 24, 1994.
