AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR TREE
PRESERVATION FOR PLYMOUTH OAKS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE
NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF FERNBROOK LANE AND ROCKFORD ROAD

WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Final Plat and Development Contract for
Plymouth Oaks by City Council Resolution 93-711; and,
WHEREAS, the Developmte. Contract provided for a Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the developer provided a financial guarantee in the amount of $13,882.50
to secure execution of the Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester has certified the development has complied with the
Tree Preservation Plan, and he now recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the release of the financial guarantee in the amount of $13,882.50, which was
submitted to guarantee Tree Preservation for Plymouth Oaks.
Adopted by the City Council on January 3, 1994.
