RESOLUTION 94 -18
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR TREE
PRESERVATION FOR AUTUMN HILLS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
NORTHWEST OF 46TH AVENUE NORTH AND VICKSBURG LANE (92060)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Final Plat and Development Contract for
Autumn Hills by City Council Resolution 93-92; and,
WHEREAS, the Development Contract provided for a Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the developer provided a financial guarantee in the amount of $8,820.00
to secure execution of the Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester has certified the development has complied with the
Tree Preservation Plan, and he now recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the release of the financial guarantee in the amount of $8,820.00, which was submitted
to guarantee Tree Preservation for Autumn Hills.
Adopted by the City Council on January 3, 1994.
