AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR TREE
PRESERVATION FOR PLYMOUTH CREEK HEIGHTS FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT THE SE QUADRANT OF DUNKIRK LANE AND OLD
ROCKFORD ROAD (92115)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Final Plat and Development Contract for
Plymouth Creek Heights by City Council Resolution 93-643; and,
WHEREAS, the Development Contract provided for a Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the developer provided a financial guarantee in the amount of $1,150.00
to secure execution of the Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester has certified the development has complied with the
Tree Preservation Plan, and he now recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the release of the financial guarantee in the amount of $1,150.00, which was submitted
to guarantee Tree Preservation for Plymouth. Creek Heights.
Adopted by the City Council on January 3, 1994.
