AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SrM PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR
NORTHERN STATES POWER FOR PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF MEDINA
ROAD ON EAST SIDE OF COUNTY ROAD 101, SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 55

WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Northern States Power was approved under City Council
Resolution 92-444; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the
form of a L.C. in the amount of $251,000; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, under Resolution 93-595, authorized the reduction of
the L.C. to $2,500.00 ; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCEL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUT$, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the release of the CASH in the amount of $2,500.00, which was submitted to guarantee
site improvements for Northern States Power for property located north of Medina
Road on east side of County Road 101, south of Highway 55.
Adopted by the City Council on January 3, 1994.
