RESOLUTION 94 15
AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH TO
SUBMIT THE 1994 MUNICIPAL RECYCLING GRANT APPLICATION
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has adopted the funding assistance policy for source
separated recyclables to distribute funds to the Cities for development and implementation
of waste reduction and recycling programs; and
WHEREAS; Hennepin County has set as a requirement that the City approve submittal of
the 1994 Municipal Recycling Grant Application; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to receive these County funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the City of Plymouth approves submittal of
the 1994 Municipal Recycling Grant Application to Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on January 3, 1994.
