RESOLUTION NO. 94-5
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING
PARKERS LAKE NORTH 9TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from the developer requesting installation of
ornamental residential street lighting in the Parkers Lake North 9th Addition.
NOW THEREFOR BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Parkers Lake North 9th
Addition by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed with the City
Council on January 3, 1994 is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage
of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformance to
Minnesota Statutes Section 429.035
2. The petition is signed by 100% of the affected property owners and they have
waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment hearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to
report to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether
it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement and
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Adopted by the City Council on January 3, 1994
