RESOLUTION 94 -4
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING
PARKERS LAKE NORTH 2ND ADDITION (SHENANDOAH LANE)
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted January 3, 1994, a report
has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Parkers
Lake North 2nd Addition (Shenandoah Lane) by the installation of ornamental
residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on January 3, 1994;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council 3mils and determines that said petition was signed by all the
owners of real prop-,rty within the plat named as the location of the improvements.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted
January 3, 1994. 'Pie petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements. He
shall coordinate the work which will be done by Northern States Power Company.
