RESOLUTION NO. 93-829
APPROVING THE CONTRACT FOR PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND AMERIDATA, INC.
WHEREAS, on August 2, 1993 the City Council of the City of Plymouth adopted
Resolution No. 93-449, preliminarily approving the application of Ameridata for tax
increment financing in an existing district; and
WHEREAS, on October 18, 1993, the City Council of the City of Plymouth adopted
Resolution No. 93-667, amending its preliminary approval to provide assistance equal
to the first $75,000 of increment plus 50 percent of any amount over that, or
approximately $84,075; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Plymouth has approved a resolution
amending the Tax increment Financing Plan for Economic Development District 4-2 to
incorporate the Ameridata project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Contract for Private Development
between the City of Plymouth, Minnesota and Ameridata, Inc. shall be and hereby is
approved, and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City.
