CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 93-826
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADOPTION
OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
THE CITY CODE BY SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth adopted a City Charter which
became effective January 1, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the City Council by Resolution No. 93-76
authorized recodification of the City Code to assure conformance
with and integration of the City Charter; and
WHEREAS, the City Code has been recodified and the City
Council desires to publish notice of the recodificaitn by
publishing a summary of the changes in order to avoid the
prohibitive cost of publishing all recodified code sections;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the ordinance recodifying the
City Code shall only include a summary of the changes resulting
from the recodification and a copy of the City Code shall be made
available to the public at the City Clerk's office at City Hall.
Adopted by the City Council on December 20, 1993.
