RESOLUTION 93 - 825
DENYING FILLING WETLANDS
AND THE WETLAND MITIGATION PLAN FOR
WOODLAND PONDS TOWNHOMES
WHEREAS, Project Developers, Inc., the owners of Woodland Ponds Townhomes,
proposes to fill wetlands for residential development; and
WHEREAS, the 1991 Wetland Conservation Act requires preliminary approval of a
project to meet the intent of the act; and
WHEREAS; the City Council denied the Concept Plan for Woodland Ponds
Townhomes.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA,: the proposed Wetland Mitigation Plan for Woodland Pond
Townhomes is hereby denied.
Adopted by the City Council on December 20, 1993
