RESOLUTION 93-818
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF
ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FOR CARLSON REAL ESTATE COMPAP
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF CARLSON
PARKWAY AND I494 (93117)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoning certain land located
at the southeast corner of Carlson Parkway and I-494 from IP (Planned Industrial)
District to CR -2 (Retail Shopping) District in conjunction with approval of the
Preliminary Plat for Carlson Real Estate Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the
Final Plat for Carlson Real Estate Company to be filed with Hennepin County prior to
the publication of said Ordinance.
Adopted by the City Council on December 20, 1993.
