RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE NEGOTIATION
FOR ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City's comprehensive plan contemplates the acquisition of property within the
boundaries of West Medicine Lake City Park, and
WHEREAS, the owners of the properties in question have requested the City to begin
negotiations for the acquisition of their property, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended that the City begin
negotiations for said acquisition,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M][NNESOTA, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is
authorized to begin negotiations for the acquisition of properties at 11808 18th Avenue, 11814
18th Avenue and 1830 Forestview Lane, and further that any agreements reached will be
brought back to the City Council for final ratification.
Adopted by the City Council on December 20. 1993.
